Unbelievable location and great management! We will be back for sure. If you’re looking for a great spot in Evergreen this is it.

Cons: This house would be 5 stars except it is located right on a very busy highway and the noise was very loud and constant! It was hot when we were there so we would have liked to open the windows at night to cool things down, but the traffic noise was just too loud. There is only one air conditioning unit in the dining room so the bedrooms were stuffy at night (there are fans in each bedroom). Sitting outside was not pleasant because of the traffic noise.Pros:Communication was very easy, the owners kindly allowed us to check in early and check out one hour late. There were coffee pods provided. Good house for a very large group.

I booked the Dam Overlook property for my husband's 30th birthday and surprised him with 6 if his closest friends traveling out to Evergreen to celebrate him. We had 8 people total (3 couples and 2 singles) as well as 2 dogs, and we all had our own rooms and plenty of space. The vicinity to Evergreen Lake is unbeatable and the wildlife viewing opportunities were amazing for our guests - we saw several elk, deer, and one bald eagle at the house. The ping-pong table and hot tub were huge hits for our guests! The host, JL, was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The rules and checkout instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only thing I didn't give 5 stars for was the price, and that is mainly because this booking has a 3 night minimum, which was a pretty big financial strain for me at the nightly price. That being said, the location is really what you are paying for and I couldn't find any other Vrbos that even remotely compared in that regard. If you're willing to spend the extra dough for a great experience, this is definitely the place for you!

Great location in evergreen / literally around the corner from an amazing bakery, shops and restaurants. Great host.
