After trying a different rental company last year, which was a mistake, we came back to Beverly Serral. Our rental this year was perfect! The property and location exceeded expectations. It was so clean, well maintained and the amenities exceptional. You simply can’t put a price tag on peace of mind!

The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults! Perfect location-we opted not to rent bikes to but to do a lot of walking! The house was an easy and beautiful walk to the beach (chairs, coolers, plenty of towels, beach toys provided at the house.) We enjoyed the pool (had it heated for early May!) and ping pong table. Plenty of great restaurants (we like the casual local places), golf, and pickleball nearby. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Not once did we have to make an extra run to the store for anything-generous provision of coffee, trash bags, paper towels, etc. From deciding which home to book to a late night internet question to instructions for check in and check out, communication is STELLAR!! You will be glad you booked a BESTNEST!!

This house was so cute and spacious. It accommodated our 3 families and the ammenities were great! It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella already at the house. We did have to rent bikes, but just a short ride to the beach, shopping and Salty Dog. I highly recommend this place.
