This is the second time our family has stayed in Eden, and it continues to be wonderful. This house is everything you think it is - beautiful views, comfortable beds, and games to keep people occupied. The house management team is very responsive, kind, and effective. The owners are also responsive. We love everything about it!

Great place to stay, great location, comfortable, and has all the amenities. We will definitely stay again in the future.

TR1 is a very beautiful home! This was an upgrade for my brother and I due to our initial home not being available. Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals reached out to me to let me know prior to our leave. They gave me 2 options to choose from stating that I wouldn't have to pay the difference. They wanted to make my vacation the best it could be. This home was a bit further away from our Pineview destination however, it was worth it! I will say the drive both to and from Pineview reservoir is stunning. Wide open spaces with quaint homes and beautiful yards. I much enjoyed the drive. This home is much larger than what we needed but it was a fun experience! The gas fireplace on the patio was enjoyable to have a drink at in the evening hours. I do recommend this property. Very, very nice.

The guys have already requested we book the same place for next year if that tells you anything. It's the perfect location and we had lots of fresh powder to ski in at Snowbasin. The house is huge and very well equipped to cook your own meals. Loved having the boot and glove driers in the garage. The game room was enjoyed by all. There are amazing views from the living area and we had several amazing sunsets. Highly recommend for friends or family groups.
