Great house and location! Loved out stay

Very nice house, beautiful pool and dock. Door alarms were great for the kids! Thank you! Would definitely go back.

Very nice and clean. Location great. Can dock slab boat on dock and can catch fish off dock. Pool area great.

This is a beautiful house, we vacation in Anna Maria every year and could not book our usual home because it was already booked. We were a little disappointed by a few things. The furniture as stated in a previous review is old and uncomfortable, the sofas reminded me of my college sofa, shabby and old. There are the metal chairs which are also uncomfortable. Then there’s the beds, very uncomfortable. Another disappointment was the fact there was no cooler and only 4 beach chairs. There’s also the alarms that you have to press EVERY time you go out to the pool, a total pain in the neck. The house was clean and has great potential. Comfort is not on the agenda apparently. It’s a great location, walking distance to the beach and the canal in the back was fun for fishing. For the outrageous price we expected more. The management company was very helpful and responsive with a hot water issue.
