The room met cleanliness expectation and standards. Staff very understanding and humane
Could not have my dinner in the room and had to seat alone in the dining area.

The attention to detail - from the beach bags in the rooms to the stenciled sand pattern on the ash trays, thought has been given to every aspect of the guest experience. The beachfront at your doorstep and beautiful Nai Harn beach itself.
A minor one - One of the rooms smelt moldy and damp but we did not ask to move as we needed adjacent rooms for our kids.
As it was low season they were doing maintenance around the hotel and refurbishing some rooms. This meant we needed to take alternative routes from reception to our room for part of our stay

Juan was very welcoming and accommodating,especially when we had a 3-hour delay due to car-problem, he waited for us. That was very considerate of him.Portia's breakfasts were warm and refreshing, making you feel at home. Definitely woulde recommend.
Have more additional sides on the breakfast meals, so that people with allergies and those who are vegan/vegetarian can also be accommodated.
