My family had a wonderful stay. The condo is conveniently located across the street from public beach access in a quiet neighborhood. There was lots of beach gear available for use, which the kids loved. The space was exactly what we needed for our 5 night stay.

Wonderful stay! Right by the beach, which isn’t as crowded as the rest of Cocoa Beach. Everything was great about the location and condo.

Spent Jan-March 2024 away from cold in Michigan.
Enjoyed the location. Easy access to beach , bike lanes,
town. Visited Space Center twice, saw several launches.
