Lovely home, perfect location with walking path close by. Close to everything. Our friends had the upstairs and we had downstairs. Worked out well for some privacy. Debra was wonderful. She ordered a keurig for us which we received the day after our arrival. Highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our month in this home. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and centrally located. If you cut through the nature trail, you can walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes.
The kitchen has everything you need and the screen porch is lovely for eating breakfast and listening to the birds. The house is spotless. Debra was easy to work with. We highly recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful spaces with lovely spacious master suite on main. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with loft. Screened in porch and gas grill. Quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach and quaint Fernandina Beach. Good property manager communication. Would definitely stay again.
