Our family had a wonderful and memorable stay at Kolea Waikoloa. The condo was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only minor issue we experienced was during the last two days of our stay. The condo became quite warm in the late afternoon and evening, reaching approximately 85F. Although the thermostat was set to 72F, the air conditioning took some time to cool the unit back down. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn’t a major inconvenience, and opening the windows in the evening allowed the trade winds to help cool things down.Overall, this was a small issue in an otherwise outstanding stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kolea Waikoloa and would gladly stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Great location, the condo was immaculate. Our host was great also. Unfortunately the pool was closed for our last day, but other than that everything was primo! Also the Tommy Bahama restaurant up the street had amazing food.

My family & I absolutely loved our stay. The unit was beautiful, clean and well stocked / organized. The hosts were so kind and lovely to work with. They made the check in process so seamless.

The condo is fresh and clean and a wonderful place to holiday however the amenities-pool-beach access-and beach was not. I recommend the home but would forgo the home association. Unfriendly staff.
