My wife and I, and her siblings and their spouses stayed at Davis Islands Oasis in June for a family wedding in Tampa. The property was very accommodating-- enabling us to all be together in ways impossible if we had separate hotel rooms. The coffee machine, pool, and pool table were all well used! The kitchen enabled us to make some eggs in the AM before we went out for wedding activities. The oasis offered great proximity to the wedding and related events and to the excellent Tampa restaurants. The paths around the local airport, marina, and dog park beach made for a fun and interesting walk. Communication with Laura was superb before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely return if our travels take us back to Tampa!

Stayed during SOF Week — Excellent ExperienceMy colleagues and I stayed here during SOF Week in Tampa and could not have asked for a better setup. The house was large, extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both work and downtime. The space made it easy for a group to stay together without feeling crowded. One unexpected highlight was the pool — it became our spot for morning plunges before long days of meetings and events. Small detail, but it made a big difference to the overall experience. The property was well equipped, well maintained, and exactly what we hoped for during a busy week. If you’re traveling with a group, especially for work or events, this place is an easy recommendation. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Came in for our son's college graduation. This house was perfect for our stay in Tampa. Laura was great to work with and the house was in great condition. Thank you!

This house was in a perfect location! My husband and I loved Davis Island and the cute restaurants. It is in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. It was an extremely easy check-in and the host, Laura, couldn’t have been nicer!
