Enjoyed our stay & within 10 minutes of family

Great home and host. The heated pool and spa was great. The pool toys could be improved, but overall we had a great time. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do: hike at Superstition Mountain, ASU baseball game and Spring Training games.

This was a perfect place to stay! We had teen girls with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, extra blankets were easy to find, the game room was a huge hit, and the pool and all of the accessories were perfect. Communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Phoenix.

First for the positive. We enjoyed the pool and gameroom and the location is great as we used to live in the area. The home is a bit dated but OK.For the negative:The flooring in most areas had crumbs, dirt, and hair as well as in one of the beds we found hair and dirt. We had to rewash the plates before use ad most were dirty and the kitchen sponge looked very old and dirty. We could not find replacement sponges. The backyard needed some cleaning up and some of the pool toys were broken. A bin to keep the pool toys and floats in would help with keeping up the quality of these items l. We could not find a working pool net with a pole long enough to net or broom the bottom of the pool. All in all the stay was fine but perhaps a new cleaning crew is needed.
