You will love the wrap around porch with screened in back porch to enjoy the outdoors and lake view! There is a path leading down to the lake and beach area. Easy access to Rough River Dam, Rough River State Park, Nicks Boat Dock, North Fork Recreation area and so much more!

Nice little house, It could use a small AC unit in the bunk room instead of having to leave the door open for Cooling from the living room. Also it needs a new roof over the screened -in porch, but over all a nice place.

Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues.

Great house near the lake! It had everything we needed. Our kids were a little upset the wifi was occasionally spotty even though we kept reminding them we weren't there for TV! The path to the lake was a little overgrown and steep. It was doable but a little rough, but we loved being able to get down to the lake where we could fish and jump in the water with the floats.
