This house was amazing for our vacation. The pool was nice and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The amenities were accurately listed. The owners were very good with communication. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. The pool with this Florida heat is definitely the focal point. House was as advertised. Highly recommend. If I had to have one complaint it would be the fenced in yard. If you have small pets, like we did. There are lots of gaps under the fence for small pets to escape. Easily fixed with stuff in the yard. Even with that said we will definitely still use this place for our next visit to St. Augustine.

Perfect! Clean. Comfortable. Will be back.

The pictures are accurate. It looks just like the photos but the pool has hours that are not advertised. Also there are ALOT of rules, cleaning, and choirs. The property managers will want to know when you arrive and leave because the cleaning crew needs to get in as soon as possible. The property managers contacted us daily while we were ON vacation. St. Augustine is beautiful but next time I’ll just stay at a hotel that was much cheaper and does not require so many chores. Upon speaking to the property managers, I am told that everything that they asked us to do was a recommendation not a requirement so I’ve listed the numerous requests from the property managers that was sent daily. Also, the neighboring house were firing fireworks and they definitely did NOT receive the note about the pool hours.
