We had a great visit! The house was clean and exactly as described. It was great that everything we needed was included - LSV, beach chairs, beach & pool toys. We’d definitely return again!

Sand Pearl 30a is a beautiful well appointed condo in a beautiful complex called Prominence. We enjoyed running around in the 6 seater LSV to the beautiful resort style pool & surrounding communities.Easy communication with the host and everything was just as pictured

The property is nice and right across from the restaurants and shopping. There are lots of guidelines and rules to follow so be prepared for that element. It was very spacious and clean for 6 adults.
