Pool was great, kids had a blast. House had everything we needed, minus the grill. Neighborhood was friendly and inviting.

The host was good even though we had a misunderstanding. The home was beautiful and very nice. The only complaint that we had was that there was cat hair in the kitchen. Other than that, I would definitely recommend renting this home.

For the price you can’t complain. But I will say that the house can be updated.
Downstairs master bedroom has a crack in the roof and it leaks from the bathroom right above. There’s mold lining in the bathroom seals as well.
Living room area can’t accommodate a family of 10 or more.
On a good note the neighborhood is quiet.
Clubhouse bartender was super sweet.
The pool at the house was fun for the kids to play in.
