The back porch has a great view of the river where we watched the boats go by while eating dinner. There was lots to do: backyard games and room to play, a firepit for hotdogs and marshmallows, and pool table in the basement for hot afternoons. We had a great time during our stay. If we needed anything the host where quick to respond.

The River Retreat was perfect for us and we are already planning an Autumn visit! We very much appreciate that there are no stairs and both showers are walk-in.
