Our family recently stayed at the GratiDude Ranch in Franklin, Tennessee, to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday, and we truly couldn't have chosen a more perfect place. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, well maintained, and full of charm. It provided the perfect backdrop for bringing our family together to celebrate such a special milestone. Every detail of the ranch helped make our stay memorable. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, laugh, reconnect, and create lasting memories.Celebrating an 80th birthday is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and GratiDude Ranch made it even more meaningful. Our family, including relatives who traveled from across the country, will cherish the memories we made here for years to come. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place with our family. We highly recommend GratiDude Ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway. We left with grateful hearts and hope to return again someday!

The GratiDude Ranch was perfect for our family of 12 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The Ranch House is beautiful and roomy while the cottages are amazingly cute, comfortable and homey. All of the buildings were spotlessly clean upon arrival and everyone loved each one! With the kitchenettes in each cottage and the double kitchen in the Ranch House it was very easy for each family member to brew their own coffee or fix a snack when they wanted something to eat. The swim spa was a highlight of evening gatherings but the hit of the whole weekend was the farm animals. It seemed like someone was down there visiting them almost constantly. The short walk to the creek was another great activity. All in all this property is exactly what is shown in the listing and more!!! Highly recommend the GratiDude Ranch. We will be back!

This was my first VRBO rental & I was very pleased with the experience!! The property was exactly what we needed for our kids to enjoy!! The animals on the farm were such a good experience for them!!

Such a fun place to stay. It was perfect for our group attending a conference nearby.
