Excellent property, perfect for travel with young kids with two rooms that are more tucked away. The sauna, pool, hot tub, and large grounds were fantastic amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and serveware.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Ilya was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The check-in process was smooth. The host responded promptly to all my questions and even made a same-day delivery of an item that we needed to the house, which was appreciated. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved all the amenities including the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The backyard area is amazing and made for such a fun weekend with our group. The built-in Sonos system through the house and at the pool was a nice touch for playing music. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with Ilya for our third time and loved it again! Even with the Memorial Day rain we had a fantastic time in the house and the surrounding area. The pool is well heated and the kids even got in despite the 56 degree weather! We hope to stay again soon!

We had an incredible few weeks at Ilya’s place! Everything was exactly as described and the hosts were lovely! We had multiple families come to visit over our long stay and the house is made for entertaining, it had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, an amazingly warm pool with so many floaties and other things for kids to play with. We spent nights making s’mores and catching fireflies and weekend mornings visiting farm stands near by. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so soundly outside the city! We made delicious food on the grill and in the pizza oven! We will definitely be back next summer.
