The house was a nice place to stay. Check in was simple, beds were comfortable, & everything was clean. We were not at the house much as we were visiting family in the area so we were mainly there to sleep & shower. Our cat enjoyed having the extra space in the house versus a hotel room which can be cramped with a pet. Online pictures should be updated as most of the furniture shown online other than the beds wasn’t actually the furniture in the house.

This 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex apartment had plenty of room for us with a nice large table in the ear-in kitchen. I enjoyed the location as it was walkable with interesting canals. I would have liked nicer towels in the bathroom as some were stained and all felt rough.

Host was very welcoming, extra communicitave and helpful. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was there were no tvs in the bedrooms (we had multiple kids with us who didnt want to watch the same thing) We had a comfortable stay.

The location is nice for visiting Madison. The duplex doors are very close together. Closing the front door next door rattles the wall, and you can hear the occupants next door. Porch is shared so you're looking into each other's front room. Back deck is shared - 2 tables with chairs about 4 feet apart. Yard was filled with felled tree wood so not able to use. A small thing but a little coffee to get you started is a nice touch. The front room rug seemed a bit dingy. The base of one couch looked broken and you could feel the springs when sitting on the chair. The bed we used was okay.
