My family had a wonderful stay at the Mirror Lake Cabin. The property and cabin had everything you could ever ask for. Tom and Shelly were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was hands-down the best vacation rental experience I've had in decades of travel and booking through VRBO and other platforms. Shelly and Tom were prompt and clear in correspondence, from the moment I sent the initial inquiry. The home is GORGEOUS, exactly as presented in the listing. Check-in was super well communicated and easy to access. Their check-out list wasn't focused on everything we had to do, but what they'd provide- as well as mentioning if we needed anything done on the property during our stay: if it wasn't cleaned to a high standard, we could call for that service at any point. They provided SO many extras, including several keurig machines and coffee throughout, plus extra toiletries, & engaging outdoor activities (cornhole, kayaking, fishing gear, firepit). This was a graduation trip for my son and his two best friends, and this home made it truly extraordinary. The boys were on the lake several days of the week we stayed, using the kayaks, fishing gear, paddleboards, and fishing boat. The proximity to Great Smoky National Park was amazing, without staying in the crowded area in Gatlinburg. The fire pit is beautiful, and they provided plenty of wood for us to enjoy fires a few nights of our stay as well. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware- not just the minimum pot and pan needed. The peaceful environment, tended and beautiful home made it such a memorable trip. If I could give 6 stars, I would. :)

Just wow to everything! Absolutely beautiful clean home the lil touches of local artists decor was perfection. So loved the swings. There are many activities and restaurants so close you don’t have to go downtown. When we did we took the free trolley. We had so many extras provided from from owners from a well stocked kitchen, firewood for firepit and lots of boats and activities for the lake. The Owners thought of absolutely everything to make you comfortable and taken care of. Very helpful finding the activities you were interested in. The wildlife was what we came for and we were not disappointed. I would recommend to everyone it’s the best place we have ever stayed!

Advertised as 3 bathrooms. There were 2 1/2 bathrooms. Very difficult to get boats into water. Beautiful setting. Close to town. Hot tub was very nice. Decks were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Fishing accessories were appreciated.
