This is a special property as an end unit in the private Evian community. The unit is comfortable, cozy, and well appointed with beautiful beach decor. The master bedroom is large with walk in closet and big bathroom. Beach access is a 5 minute bike ride. I’ve stayed in dozens of high end Hilton Head properties over 40 years and this is one of my favorites! Simply a fantastic living experience.

Excellent condo! We hope to be back! Location was perfect! We love the quietness of Shipyard and Evian is tucked away inside this plantation. The condo was perfect for our family of 6.

We had a fantastic time! There were 7 of us who stayed, me, my wife Mary, our son and his wife and their 2 children(3 yrs and 20 months) and my daughter-in-laws grandmother! We absolutely had a fabulous stay! Very close to the beach and so many places to eat, play and shop! Our grandson, who is 3, commented when taking him to the airport that he wanted to go back to this home(300 Evian) as opposed to going back to his home! LOL!We will certainly consider this place again the near future!Two comments:1. Not sure the dishwasher is working correctly as the dishes were not always fully cleaned?2. We did find two catapillars inside the facility on the bedding in 2 separate rooms.

Unfortunately at checkin an immediate call to management for a shade for upstairs bathroom! Response was prompt but only a makeshift shower curtain for a window covering the duration of stay. Loft mattress uncomfortable due to wear and tear, needs replaced. Unit clean, kitchen stocked with appropriate appliances, cooking utensils. Needs updated furniture or deep cleaning of cushions, many stains on dining room chairs, chair/sofa cushions.
