Our family, ranging from ages 14-80, loved our week at this property! The close proximity to the beach was excellent. The sandy path was a little longer than we expected for our Mom but it was private, quiet & perfect! Having a pool & hot tub was great. The owner was SUPER helpful and communicative. A great stay on the Cape! No bad days.

An ideal home for our extended-family group, with private bathrooms for each of 3 couples and the kids. The pool was a big hit, as was the deck. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The walk to the beach may not have been 5 minutes, but it was reasonable. We drove to the Bay side of the Cape for a day to round out our beach experience.

Great location and even better host! Walk to beach, outdoor shower, pool & hot tub...can't beat it.

Dear [Property Manager or Owner Name],We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at your vacation house. The proximity to the beach was ideal, and we loved the private path leading directly to the water. The heated pool was perfect, and we made great use of the hot tub in the evenings. We also appreciated the house's location; there are many excellent restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the local trivia nights and live music. We plan to return for another two weeks next year and look forward to staying again.
