Property was very nice, family friendly and comfortable for four adults and one child. We had a great experience and would book again in the future.

The property was great, and the host was super effective in communication. The only problem was building key situation. Our keys kept not working and we had to new keys every day. That is something that needs to be addressed and fixed.

Its not that the property was “bad” by any means, but there were things that could have been better. Overall, the view and the amenities at the sapphire are beautiful with an amazing location at SPI. The size of the condo was excellent, and it had all of the things a family would need. This condo is just high priced for what you get, not the “luxury” we expected. The AC was off when we arrived so we had to wait hours to get the condo to a comfortable temperature. The condo appeared to be clean but it was more of a surface clean, than an actual clean property. The halls smelt musty, the couch had old toys and crumbs in the corners, the water and ice machine for the refrigerator has black sludge at the tips and inside the dispenser, so it had probably never been cleaned and we had to run and get bottled water for everything we needed. We didn’t use The master bedroom because they didn’t put window treatments in the room to block out any light. The remote “black out shades” only close half way because they were made for a shorter window, and the curtains are just for looks at the ends of the window with rods that do not go across the windows. This is a big design flaw because the bright lights from the pool at night shine bright into the room, and of course the sunrise in the early morning will also wake you. We couldn’t sleep in the master with no way to cover those windows. Very disappointing. The place was decorated nicely but everything inside the property was cheap like it came from discount retailers and dollar stores. The pots/pans/bedsheets/towels/furnishing etc. were low quality. I understand it’s a short term rental, just seemed like it was the bare minimum quality for the rate you pay. We requested a crib and high chair days prior to arrival and it came several hours after check in which was annoying because we fed our 20 month old when we arrived, and the crib was given to us near his bedtime. Our kids ended up getting sick and I was hoping for a refund for 1 night to leave early (like 8am early) on the second to last day, but they only offered a small and very partial for 3 nights. We ended up trying to stay since the refund offered wasn’t worth rushing out 1st thing in the morning, but we ultimately still left early to get our kids in the comfort of their home without pushing for any refund. I understand refunds are hard with short term rentals sometimes so I didn’t try fight it. 3 star stay overall.
