Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time! The process worked well, great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, beautiful. The only thing is we didn't have garbage bags, no biggie but when I inquired about that, no one responded. We also ordered something from Amazon and instead of delivering it to the door they delivered to a mail box so we couldn't get it. That was our bad but could get any one to communicate with us about that. Overall great a d would definitely stay again.

The view of the golf course was breathtaking

Beautiful View, nice homey feel . Clean Upstairs spacious .

Nice location about 20 minutes north of Durango settled in the mountains. Apartment is dated but clean. The lightbulb in the living room was missing so there wasn’t really adequate light. The patio sits facing the highway, which is noisy. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the patio can be very enjoyable, but for someone like me who likes quiet, it wasn’t an area that I could peacefully use, which was a disappointment. I should’ve done more research. If you don’t mind noise, then it will be lovely. Communication was superb. We didn’t use any of the amenities such as fitness room or pool, but these were located on the other end of the complex a short drive away. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
