This was a disappointing stay based on the main characteristic that we expect from a rental - CLEANLINESS. We arrived at this Kiawah Exclusives property to find rodent droppings scattered throughout the house. We contacted the 24 hour contact line immediately and texted and it still took a day to get help. The cleaning lady who came out was fantastic and was disgusted herself at what she found. The company also sent an exterminator right after which was helpful. We paid way too much money to rent a property in this condition.
Otherwise, the house itself could use some updating but the location and surrounding area were great.
