The property was ideally located with a nice ocean view. For the price, I would have expected it to be better equipped. There was only a single serving of coffee for an 8 day stay and the provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner were small and of extremely low quality. All the knives were dull. The beds were also very uncomfortable with 3” foam pads. We removed the pad on one of the beds and the foam was starting to decompose and was pretty gross. Several doors stick or are difficult to open, including the main door to the unit. It was a nice location, but I would not stay here again. The unit needs some maintenance.

The condo was amazing! It was everything we wanted and more. The beds were super comfortable and the but from the lanai was spectacular. We even saw some late season humpbacks while relaxing on the lanai. Communication with the host was excellent, and the location is perfect - just a short walk to Shipwreck and Poipu beaches. We definitely want to stay here again!

The place is decent, but it’s really showing wear and tear. All the mattresses are terrible. It’s pretty obvious that the owner doesn’t actually use this and is just an investment. The management is good and responsive. It was clean as it could be, but rust and worn cabinets, windows and doors make it feel less so. Air conditioning is only upstairs. It can get very warm downstairs even with a good cross breeze, but you have to leave the front door open, so I wouldn’t want to sleep down stairs with only a screen door. The AC units in each bedroom are very loud, but they do cool it off. We didn’t sleep well the whole time due to the mattresses and loud AC, which is frustrating for a 10 night vacation. The location is great and the complex is quite, well managed and well kept, but also showing its age. We would stay in the area again, but not at this unit.
