Property was extremely clean, nicely remodeled. We loved the location and the easy access to the beach. The only issue was the hvac. The fan ran continuously. When we set it to 'auto' the fan didn't turn on even though the air did. So we returned the setting to 'on'.

Location was great. Only 4 minute walk to the beach. The unit had been updated tastefully and the appliances are brand new and higher end.Our only complaint is that the screened porch is Very dirty. Dust, leaves, cobwebs etc. so it was not suitable for eating. The washer and dryer are in a cupboard on the porch so a clean spot to set things would have helped.Besides the porch the unit is a good value and we had a nice visit.

Can’t wait to return to this property! Great stay. I especially appreciated the cleanliness.

Couch should be replaced and the bed was "just OK." We could not get the living room fan off of a "high" setting, so we would have to switch it off. There is a little bit of mold in the back of the shower. Otherwise, the unit was a good fit for us (2 adults).
