Great helpful host ,

This rental was in a great location for pool, restaurants, state parks and beaches. We found it to be very clean upon arrival with a welcoming decor. The canal is on the side of the entrance to the unit, however, there were nice chairs that we could put outside our door and enjoy the boats and the water. The balcony overlooked the parking area, and many times we sat on the balcony in the evening and listened the entertainment from the pool that was just steps away from. Beach chairs and a small softside cooler were provided. These were used many times on our daily adventures. There was food available at the tiki bar near the pool. Another favorite was Dockside which was only a short walk along the canal. The host was remarkable in her communication with us to be sure we had everything we needed.

Our stay was very pleasant! Arrival and departure were prearranged which was so easy. The place was well stocked with necessities, well kept, and quiet. We enjoyed the tiki bar. Being centrally located, we visited the many local restaurants and sights. There is a grocery store nearby. We were able to rent a pontoon boat on site for the day - very convenient.Thank you, Kate, for following up to assure our stay met all our expectations from start to finish.

Everything was perfect and as described. Located near all the things we wanted to do especially the rental of pontoon boat right on site. Condo was clean and had all the things we needed for a beach day! We enjoyed the pool and bar! Kate was wonderful. Will definitely stay again!!
