Great layout for multi generational family to be together comfortably. The outdoor space was perfection. The giant ceiling fan outside kept the patio cool and the furniture was so comfortable. My parents in their 80’s sat out there the entire trip!

Second year staying in this home . We love the layout, bunks/beds, pool, back deck, and location. The bathrooms were redone and they are beautiful although water leaks on the floor due to no shower doors . 2 small things that would be so helpful….. hooks in bathrooms to hang towels /wet bathing suits and mirrors (full length would be great ) to get ready In the bedrooms. There was some issues with gfi plugs . The management fixed the bathroom outlets, but then the dishwasher went out . Overall the house is great .

Our adult kids and partners joined us this trip. The house was perfect for 7 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture was comfortable. The beds and bedding were ok. My son did say that he wished that he had grabbed the nicer bedroom rather than one of the bunk rooms, saying the mattresses in the bunk rooms were not as nice as the others. August is hot! The pool was almost too warm to enjoy for the first couple of days. But cooled off after we got some good rain. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch under the fan. Very enjoyable. The gazebo area, without a fan was too hot to enjoy for this time of year. The house, especially the outside is showing its age, but is pretty well maintained. Our only slight issue was not the fault of the house. It’s Rosemary Beach switching to key cards to get on and off the beach. They used to use code locks which was much easier. With 7 adults and only 2 beach/amenity cards, and a good walk to the beach, it got a bit tricky with having to coordinate plans. The management company for this house was fantastic!! Extremely responsive and friendly.

Check in excellent. Location great. House was comfortable. Kitchen facilities good. Pans need updating. Food sticks to all pans. Spa, pool lights and lighting did not work from day 1. I let Brittany know on day 1 but never was fixed while we were there. Rented this place for pool and spa that we could not use. Would love 150 back. Disappointing to pay for something I did not have. Tv’s in all bedrooms except master did not work.
