Great home. Nice and clean. Host is very responsive and makes sure that guests are taken care off. Plenty of space for 8-9 people. Location is close to all the restaurants and grocery stores. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Or 6 minute jog.

My host was excellent, and my stay was wonderful from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything about it was phenomenal, and I would definitely come back again.

Lovely home, met all our needs, very few complaints! Thank you!!

The neighbourhood was exactly what we were hoping for with our family vacation. Felt very safe and quiet. The house looks just like the listing and although we had to buy a few things we were hoping to have stocked, overall it had what we needed. I noticed an earlier review mentioned rodents and so I asked Evan ahead of time if it was still a problem and he assured me it had been dealt with. Unfortunately there were mouse droppings in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room during our stay, making it difficult to relax. I notified Evan immediately and after a few days pest control came and set up some traps. I wish I could say we enjoyed the stay, but knowing there were mice around, how unsanitary all the floor rugs are and being afraid to leave food out or suitcases open was not what we expected. It’s a great house if he manages to fix the problem.
