Overall this property is exactly as advertised. Amazing beachfront view and hot tub. It was unclear that the neighbor's deck was so close, but with a better divider between the townhouses, it would be pretty much private. We really appreciated how meticulously the host labeled the cupboards, drawers, lights, etc. We brought our coffee maker from home because I've had disappointing experiences at VRBOs in the past, but they even had a Keurig with pods available! There were even binoculars for whale watching, safety information posted by the tub with a hand rail and beach towels by the back door. The host truly thought of everything a person could ask about, removing the need to call the host once we arrived. The ability to park a car in the garage was a game changer since the driveway wasn't long enough for my Highlander to park without hanging out into the street. Note for renters with large vehicles. 100% recommended rental and will most likely rent again.

Bonnie’s place at Gold Beach was fantastic. The house had anything you needed to make your stay perfect. No detail was missed. The views were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again while visiting the area.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property! A perfect place to unwind, unplug and enjoy the beach and ocean! Everything from the host is laid out so perfectly in the well organized home for guests. We'll definitely be back next year for another week of R&R!

This place was amazing! Right on the beach, hot tub overlooking the ocean, fully stocked kitchen; I couldn’t ask for more! Our family loved staying here!
