Summary:
Our getaway is nestled in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro amidst shops and restaurants! We have a spacious two-bedroom with a living area and kitchen as well as two full baths. Come here with family or friends when looking to take a vacation. Water access at the end of the street! Brewster Beach is 0.6 miles away and has public access as well as lifeguards on duty!

-Linens and towels - if you are staying for an extended time or prefer clean linens often, you may want to bring an extra set. We only change these when our guests complete their stay.
What to bring:

-The studio is cleaned between each stay. However, longer term guests may bring any cleaning supplies and trash bags they wish to use.

My husband and I used to live in Wolfeboro and returned for a visit to see friends. We brought along the teen exchange student from Germany who is staying with us this year. The location could not be better! There are views of, and a very short walk to, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the apartment sits right in the heart of downtown! The apartment is just as described and pictured, well outfitted, and was clean and very comfortable. Everything was in working order, and the check-in process was extremely easy. The entry stairs are typical for the period of house (small steps and a little steep), and there is one other more modern set that goes to the master bedroom; neither set of stairs is lengthy.
One thing to be aware of in case you need high speed and high-functioning internet, is that the internet speed was a bit slow. This may have been due to the bad weather, but cable and internet always tend to be a bit problematic in Wolfeboro, regardless of provider or weather.
Overall, this is a great property and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay here again!

I had at least 3 conversations about access to unit, explaining each time that one of our group had mobility issues. I was assured there were only 3 steps up to the entry. While that was true, there was no mention that after entering there were 15 steps up to the actual residence.
