Condo was exactly as pictured and in a great location. Right across the street from restaurants, a surf shop and a grocery store. 15 min drive to boardwalk. Property was well maintained and pool area was great. My only gripe is that the check in process was annoying. We arrived between 3-5 as requested and no one was there. There were 2 other groups waiting to check in. When the agent finally came down, she did not give us the promised bag of paper towels and toilet paper. She was pretty unapologetic about it too. We had to run out for toilet paper with 2 small kids as soon as we got there. Overall, I would recommend this property but would advise that you bring everything with you. I would also advise the property manager to put a broom in the condo so guests could straighten up a bit

Views were beautiful. Steps away to the beach

The layout of the place was very nice - two beds in each room and two full bathrooms. However, the twin beds were very uncomfortable where they sagged in the middle causing discomfort with sleeping. The master bathroom bathtub has a plumbing problem. The water fills up about 5 inches when you are showering and takes a long time to drain. There was also a shortage of hot water resulting in us having to take cold showers. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The pool was very nice. It is a convenient location and the hug couch was comfortable and large.Would be nice to have some chairs on the balcony to sit outside.
