The view of the Rappahannock River was such a treat! My friends and I enjoyed spending time in the Adirondack chairs on the back lawn catching up. We walked around the wide neighborhood streets and tried a couple local restaurants. I love the expansive floor plan and the library of books, games and DVDs. There’s something for everyone here!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and the view. Wish we could have stayed longer

This house is amazing. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Don't worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. All showers were fully stocked. Beach towels were also in abundance. The house is very private and secluded. Perfect location to small town to grab food or do some shopping. The small beach is fun to catch some rays or just listen to the waves, just watch out for the jellyfish! The use of kayaks, bicycles, and other equipment was a plus. The screened in porch on the top level was nice in the evenings, and the turtles were fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again.

This house/property was fantastic. So much room for kids and dogs to roam, and it was stocked with so many items. All the books and games were a hit! The water toys were also a hit. As it's so close to town, we enjoyed all of the local shops and eateries. This is one of the best places we've vacationed in. Highly recommend it, even for larger groups! You won't be disappointed.
