The condo was perfect for what we needed! We loved being on the north side where it was a little calmer. Location was perfect. Beach was right out the door. The only thing we would complain about is the ice maker not working in the fridge!

The property is in great condition. Extras like beach chairs were provided

Enjoyed our stay at Shell Island. Proximity to beach and pool were pluses. Nice, quiet area of Wrightsville Beach.

Negatives-Listed as Upgraded 3 bedroom- no upgrades. Dead bugs in every cupboard and drawer, layered dirt on ceiling fans and under furniture, peeling paint, cracked tile and moldy grout in bathrooms, no internet for 2 days. Just needed a cord- finally said they fixed it when all they did was swap out the tv cord with the internet. So we had internet and no tv. Communication was terrible with Host, VRBO and Bryant. One rundown sofa and 2 very uncomfortable living room chairs. Pool was sandy and light scum on top. Pool cleaner came and only stayed less than 10 min and did a terrible job on the pool. Didn’t even check the baskets. Positive-ocean view, patio chairs, 2 pools on sight with tennis courts, quiet area, beach is nice
