Highs and lows of the stay. Starting with lows, so I can end on a high. The check in and out process was just that, a process. You have to go to the main office for keys. Most of the other units had electric locks with a code. Not ours. When it was time to check out I had to walk a few minutes down the street, in the rain to drop off the keys, then back to the unit to catch an Uber. This could definitely be streamlined. While out and about I received a call about a bed bug inspection. It was going to be happening within the next 10 minutes. I inquired further and was told it was a standard every 90 day check. I didn’t appreciate how little notice we were given. We had not prepared and had valuables in the place. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for four people to stay 6 days. When I called and asked for more I was informed they usually only give enough for 1 day then we should supply our own. However, when I inquired further they did allow me to stop by for more (free of charge). Toilet paper for 1 day it gave more Now for the highs- the unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful. Plus the ease to be mere steps from the beach was amazing! The pool was clear, not overly chemically treated, and had a nice deep 8.5 feet section.

The location and views were great. I appreciated sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins every morning. Having beach chairs available was a wonderful surprise!!! Overall the place is fine however some upgrades could be done to enhance a persons stay. There is a distinct smell when you walk in and the shower had great pressure but the streams of water were not all working. The living room furniture had stains and the bedroom light would randomly turn on and I could not figure out what some of the light switches did! I would stay here again just because of the location

The location can't be beat. With John's pass right across the street and a quiet beach this is a great place for a vacation. It is definitely more of an adults condo. Simply because most of the other guests there are adults, not many kids. Granted we stayed in October so that might have something to do with it. it is an older building, nothing big and fancy. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The balcony that overlooks the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping could definitely do a better job at cleaning. The ceiling fans were coded and dust, they were old sand piles lane in the corners, and the toilet definitely needed a better clean. But you don't go to the beach just sit in the room so it did not hinder the overall vacation!
