Right off the beach. Pool was great but needs reverb (sched for this summer). Onsite dining was very good but transportation is needed to enjoy Cruz Bay establishments. Also, fun activities and nice kids club.

Beautiful place. Host was great to work with. Hotel was accommodating when flights were canceled.

Amazing stay. Room was just as described. We had a great check in process. Friendly hotel staff.
The reservation process was super smooth and the host was really responsive.
Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no housekeeping unless you paid a daily fee for it. Which we did because we were there for a week and desperately needed it. But that is on the hotel and hopefully will change soon.
