its ok, close to the beach and clean!

The house was very clean and great space for a large family. Location was perfect walk to the beach. Hands down the best host we have ever dealt with. The cottage folks were very responsive to our requests. We will be renting this house again.

Great location and space ! We had a new maintenance issues but they were quick to respond and service the house. Walking distance to the beach and all the free bus transportation. If staying around the area you don't even need a rental car ! Pool & backyard was perfect for anyone staying at his home.

The owner provided additional items for us to use like wagons and beach chairs and floatation devices for the pool. This was really nice and made it feel like home. The management company left specialized cupcakes that were delicious. The bedrooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. We had a large group which the dining table accommodated nicely. The house is roomy we never felt crowded. The location could not have been better. 1 block walk to the beach using the wagons to carry chairs and children. Town is a few blocks from the house with restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. Grocery stores and retail shopping are within 3 miles from the house. We will definitely be returning.
