We have spent vacation time here for the past 39 years and love coming. Gary in the office is the best, friendly & helpful. Gulf Gate has become our "home away from home" vacation spot!

Loved the condo . King bed was great. Place was clean . Sliding doors worked great .

This is a great location, walkable to beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. The unit needs a major deep cleaning, replace the very old and dusty wicker furniture, new painting and new carpeting. The carpet was so stained we wouldn’t walk barefoot on it. The a/c vents haven’t been cleaned/dusted in a really long time and were gross!
