A great home close to town and the beach! A very large comfortable primary bedroom and bathroom. A smaller guest room and bath on the main level and a lower level bedroom we didn’t use.

Spent the month of January 2025 in Carmel at Mar Rosas. Loved the proximity to beach and town. We could walk everywhere. It was clean and comfortable and was well stocked in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Looked at other properties in Carmel and we think for the cost this was the best spot for us!

Overall experience was very good. We encountered a few problems and the were addressed very quickly. We did find a few things and left a completed survey in the house with the keys.
