Check in was smooth. Property was nice. Small grip would be climate control& removed ceiling fan access.

Nice little cottage, has everything you need, lots of closet space. Pretty clean - however I did notice spider webs at the top near ceiling. The location is good, close to everything within minutes of driving. The place has space for two cars. The owner is very responsive and courteous. Had to put sheets on the bunk beds by myself, while being tired after the road trip before the first night. The big pool looked very nice, however only opened on the 3rd day of our visit, and once it opened - the water was too cold, so no one (including guests from other cottages) was using it. The little pool is also nice - up until my husband stepped on a piece of glass that was on the pool floor and had lots of blood everywhere. At the end you are asked to pack your own garbage and dispose of it yourself at the other end of the resort. Overall I think the place is pretty nice, but I'd rent a hotel next time - pretty much the same price, but all beds are made, no glass in the pool, towels are provided, and cleaners clean everything...

Efficient Mobile Home central location to visit Niagara on the Lake or Niagara Falls. Worked well for our family.

It was the perfect size for us and our small dog. Clean property.
