My husband and I have been going to Emerald Isle since we were teenagers. We enjoy bringing our grandsons (11 &14) with us each summer. This location was perfect for the things we planned to do in Emerald Isle and the surrounding areas, and a quick walk to get on the beach. The condo was perfect for us, with each boy getting their own room and sharing a bathroom, a comfortable and spacious primary suite, and greatly furnished kitchen. There are TVs in the rooms but we never turned one on. Instead, we played board games and had a great time somewhat unplugged. (As unplugged preteen/teens can be.) We appreciate Cayla's responsiveness and the ease we had with communications. If you see this property available, book it before someone else does.

Host promptly responded to questions, was excellent to work with! Very clean unit, beautiful kitchen. Easy access to pools and beach. Beach chairs and toys in outside closet included. Secure gated access. Our new favorite beach stay! Thank you!

Condo was perfect! Very organized and very clean- well appointed. Beds were comfy and showers were clean and well-running. Pool and hot tub were closed but the beach was Beautiful! Thank you

When we arrived, unit smelled very musty. As we explored the layout, we found the guest bathroom ceiling had significant black mold and water damage from a leak in the unit above. We arrived on Sunday at 5:30PM and maintenance came Monday around 11AM. They did “treat” the mold and it looked better, but due to health complications with mold, we chose to leave early as some spots of mold were back the next morning. Unit Contact person was responsive with messages, but with impending hurricane and potential power outages due to weather from Hurricane Debby, we could not risk not having power for nebulizers after significant mold exposure and chose to leave on Tuesday even though we paid through Saturday.
