The little forest house is a charming studio apartment—which also serves as a photography studio—offering a spectacular view of the mountains on the horizon, where the wonderful beaches of Itacoatiara and Itaipu are located, just 5 km away. A peaceful retreat amidst the diversity of the city. It’s located on a quiet street, at the very end of the block, with a forest reserve right behind it; every now and then, you can spot native species such as marmosets, woodpeckers, and lizards. Above the house is a trail that starts at the beginning of the street, called Morro da Peça—a very peaceful hike suitable for children and a great spot to watch the sunset.

Despite all the peace and quiet of the area, as soon as you reach the avenue—which is just 700 meters away—you’ll find a wide variety of great restaurants, a market right around the corner, and a shopping mall with a movie theater 4 km away. And all the most famous fast-food chains are nearby, such as Subway, McDonald’s, and Domino’s.
Very close to the house, on the way to Piratininga Beach, the nightlife is lively, with bars and live shows.

There are a total of five beaches in the area. Itaipu, Itacoatiara, Piratininga, Camboinhas, and Sossego.

For now, the kitchen doesn’t have a stove—just a sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, and a mini-fridge. Food delivery apps work here.

The studio apartment is on the first floor of a 3-story house, so please note that it is located directly below a living room. In addition to being used as a photography studio, this space also functions as another Airbnb listing and is rented out to other guests. There are separate entrances, and there are no shared common areas with the guests staying upstairs.
