I was so pleased with our stay! The condo was beautiful, check in was easy, everything was clean and Rosely did an amazing job with answering all of my questions quickly throughout the entire process- pre stay and during!

Condo itself was good! Layout was nice, beds were comfy- perfect for our family. It could use more towels and the kitchen was scarcely stocked with dishes. No plastic dishes to bring outside which is very odd as the patio area is all tiled around the grill and hot tub. The area surrounding the condos is also a little rough- an abandoned hotel with trash everywhere is neighboring. We arrived and were excited to use the hot tub the moment we arrived- the hot tub was NUMBING cold. I called immediately and was told it was because it cold outside the night before, and if we turned it on for 1.5-2 hours it would be warm. The display on the hot tub did not work, but we pressed the temperature button many times to ensure it was set to a high temp. We went to try to put the cover on the hot tub, that was also broken missing half of the insulation sitting in pieces tucked hidden behind the hot tub. It did not get warm up at all after 4 hours, so someone was sent out the following day. Long story short, after 3 days of communication and multiple times it being “fixed,” we NEVER were able to use it during our entire week stay. Finally after spending $100 per day (plus tax) to have access to the community hot tub, I asked if we could have our last two days covered for the hassle. They agreed, although I haven’t seen the credit yet. Very annoying to be on vacation and having to pester the host multiple times a day, never having the issue resolved, and then having to offer a credit idea to help make the issue better. We have stayed at MANY Vrbo’s and never have had such poor response when we had a problem with the unit.

This is a pretty property but fell way short of having necessary supplies. How were were supposed to cook with no condiments? We had to buy coffee mugs because there were none. Their tiny tea cups didn't cut it. We were charged $70 for the hot tub which we never used! This charge was never disclosed until we received the bill. We were delighted to see the outdoor grill in the photos of the rental. When we arrived we found out that we would be charged $100 if we used it, and it didn't come with propane. This is theft in my opinion. Advertising features of the rental without disclosing that there will be additional charges if we use them. They advertise that the rental comes with "the use of a pool and exercise equipment". Sure it does, if you are willing to pay $100 PER DAY to Magic View to use them. We were overcharged $140 for the hot tub and "accidental damage protection" which we did not agree to purchase. VRBO needs to force this landlord to post a fair and truthful rental description with full disclosure of the charges. There were things we liked about this place but would never deal with people like this again. We tried contacting the landlord about the gate code never working and didn't get a reply. While the outdoor sitting area looks attractive our attempts to enjoy breakfasts out there was spoiled by the large number of diesel busses idling at the conference center near there each morning.

This townhome was perfect for our weeklong trip. Well appointed & nice. I wish I knew ahead of time that the amenities weren’t included but that was my fault as I didn’t read carefully. We were able to use the gym late at night for no charge which was extremely gracious of the front desk. Overall, wonderful place & we’ll definitely be back!
