There were minor inconveniences, such as uncomfortable pillows and a broken toaster, but everything else was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this place! You are a 5 min bike ride to the beach, or general store/pickleball courts, which was perfect for my 61 year old mom. The interior was super clean and the modern updates were perfect. The size was just perfect for our family of 4 plus my mother. The exterior did need cleaning but it doesn’t hinder you from having a great time & enjoying the space. We did wish there better window coverage to offer more privacy but again it doesn’t hinder having a great time in the space. We stay at the Palmetto Dunes every summer and this was easily one of our favorites because of the location. You also have kayak access in the back yard.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean and comfortable. Would have liked if owners cleaned up the messy garbage in one of the bins by trash area. Had open garbage in the bin with garbage also scattered about/ Also no beach towels?? With the price we paid it would have been nice if beach towels were left as a courtesy, (and chairs)
