house was great but the bbq grill was non functional

property was fantastic. ideally located for all the things we wanted to do in and around the Grand Canyon . One of the best supplied places as far as towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher tablets and dish soap. Unlike the condos we stay in at the beach i did not have to go out and buy those items just to get through the week . Ideal for a family place to stay.

We rented this house with another family for an extended trip to the Polar Express and it was wonderful! The location is convenient and the house had plenty of space for the two families. We were able to bbq one night for dinner and then make s'mores in the fire pit. The location is roughly five minutes from downtown which made it very convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Property needs updating. Master bath faucet was loose, fireplace remote didn’t work, hot water wasn’t consistent. There was paint chipping in lots of areas. The garage code provided did not work. Check-in wasn’t smooth as we did not know the location of the lock box. We did love the spacious kitchen and preparing meals there. I also appreciated the spacious master bathroom and tub. The layout of the house was great and in a beautiful neighborhood. Loved that it was close to downtown Williams and only an hour from Grand Canyon.
