Cozy Downtown Suite - Walking Distance to Restaurants & shops - Quiet Area

The apartment suite in Golden is an ideal place to be located with spectacular mountain scenery. It is conveniently located to the riverside bars and restaurants and is just a short walk from the timber frame bridge. The suite is very clean and furnished with all of the essential amenities for a really comfortable stay. Laundry facilities are also available which is an added bonus. The host is brilliant and ensures that the accommodation is to the highest standard. I would recommend this accommodation to any single traveller or couple wishing to visit the town. Thank you again for a great stay. Paul

The outside of the property looked run down and sketchy. Thought we were in the wrong place. The inside has been remodeled and was better. Laundry is in another building. The owner seems nice and explained that they are working on the property.

Great unit, comfy bed and a sofa bed in living room. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. And very well equipped kitchen with a full size oven. Easy parking and clear instructions to access the property.

The location of the property was strange, its proximity to some really great places to eat and hangout but it had a, as my friend put it “trailer park feels” to it. But, besides that the place wasn’t bad at all. Freshly renovated, and mostly clean (need some more cleaning underneath the couch and inside the bathroom). Just to forewarn other renters… the place is a lot smaller that pictured.
