Clean and tidy house, great ocean views over crescent head, spacious, great location, in close walking proximinity to beach/lagoon/

Excellent location. Beautiful view from the awesome balcony. Lots of pots and pans in kitchen. Big open plan loving great for the two families we had. Very basic house. No heating or cooling. Not every room has a ceiling fan. Beds old and not comfortable. We had a great time but for how much it costs, bit disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location, lovely to sit on the deck and stare at the sea. Double sized beds were disappointing (would have expected queens at a minimum). Grateful for ceiling fans. Significant dust on fans, window architraves, top of fridge.
