Property is just as described. The bicycles provided were in great condition, and the 4 beach chairs were a nice convenience. Everything was clean and check in was easy. There was some damage from the previous guest. The repair crews worked around our schedule to not disturb us. Planning to rebook next year.

The condo is beautifully appointed with great amenities. The location is convenient to the beach across the street and within walking distance to Coligny Square. The property is perfect for a family reunion with a centrally located pool and enclosed courtyard.

Reviewer Comments:
We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for over 20 years. Over that time period we have stayed in many different condos along South Forest Beach Drive. Overall, the Hilton Head Cabanas have been by far the best. The location, the inner courtyard, the pool are just fabulous. We love number 26 because of it's extra bathroom and layout. It's well kept and very clean. However, we have had a problem with the refrigerator (not cooling sufficiently) Last year we lost some food in the same frig. Thankfully, this year Island Rentals brought in a backup refrigerator, and that really saved us. We're a family that likes to cook so really depend on the kitchen. Thanks Island Rentals!

Reviewer Comments:
We really enjoyed this condo and the location was great. Unfortunately, the mattress in the master bedroom was worn and saggy. It’s like we were sleeping in little troughs. My husband and I woke up with backaches every morning. The management company was great to work with..We would love to rent this condo again if the mattress is replaced.
