Great apartment, just needs a little TLC to justify the price point. Bedroom windows need to be repaired/replaced, as they’re not functional. Some kitchen drawers are lacking stops and pull out of their tracks. Dishwasher leans forward when the door is open and a drawer is pulled out for loading/unloading. Building uses a stick on a rope as a garage door opener instead of a motion sensor or some other more modern approach.

We had a great stay. The condo is so close to restaurants and everything in town. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and helped us get settled easily. We never did the "close" chair lift for skiing, but Peak 9 was a 3 block walk - we made it work - even in ski boots. Hot tub is a busy place, but 20 feet away, so we always managed to find a quieter time to jump in.
