The house is located in a quaint and picturesque community off the beaten path. There is a lovely ocean breeze that cools the house down in the evening (if you are concerned about no air conditioning). We did not struggle to sleep in the evenings. The host is amiable and visited us as we were checking out. I mentioned that there was no coffee (only tea) and that there was no laundry detergent (to go along with the washer and the coffee maker). I grew up in the area, so I was able to find these items, but he thanked me for updating him and assured me this is something he would address. This was minor because the rest of the amenities were excellent. The beach is great for an evening stroll and there is ample sea glass for the beach combers out there. Overall, we loved our stay at the Fisherman's rest house.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house has all the amenities we needed. It is clean, lovely, quaint and relaxing just as the tiny community it's located in. Friendly neighbours, lots of trails and close to the points of interest we wanted to explore. The scenery is incredible.

What a great place to just disconnect and relax. Felt like we step back in time with all the amenities. Place is off the beaten track so if you are looking for major tourists attractions you'll need to drive 2h. House is great, super clean with everything you need to cook and relax. Amazing views from the deck and a little beach across the street. We enjoyed the local beaches and even surf at Michaud point. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. We could see ourself spending more time there in the future. Host was really helpful.

Very nice home in a great location by the sea. Nicely furnished. Combo living dining area. Separate dining room with access to wood deck. This location is Very quiet. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor.
